Location: Berlin or Munich (Hybrid, 3+ days/week)

💡 What You’ll Build

You’ll own and scale the infrastructure that powers our Agentic AI platform — a system redefining automation in regulated industries.

• 🧠 Modular Agentic Engine: Coordinates specialized agents across the claims lifecycle
• 🛠 Tool-Equipped Agents: Integrated for data retrieval, decision support, and payouts
• ⚖️ Enterprise-Ready: Fully compliant, secure, and adaptive to customer needs

🛠 Your Responsibilities

• Architect Cloud-Native Systems: Design scalable, event-driven services using Python
• Own Infrastructure as Code: Terraform-managed AWS, multi-environment, modular setups
• DevOps & Observability: CI/CD pipelines, logs, tracing, health checks
• Security & Compliance: IAM, encryption, audit logs, SOC2/GDPR-readiness
• Performance & Scale: Low-latency design, reliability, cost-efficiency
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Work with product/AI teams and mentor developers
• Tooling: Build automation tools to make developers faster and systems safer

✅ What You Bring

• 5+ years backend/infrastructure experience (start-up/scale-up pace)
• Expert in Python: Clean, tested, and optimized code
• Terraform & AWS: Modular IaC, secrets mgmt, environments
• Cloud-Native Thinking: Serverless, async jobs, event-driven design
• Security-Minded: Encryption, identity, secure-by-default infra
