Roometric is building TwinCloud — a digital tool that helps housing companies map and analyze their building stock using iPhones and 3D scans. Our mission is to enable smart renovations and large-scale decarbonization of existing buildings.

We’re already working with major players like Europe’s largest housing provider and a leading public housing company in Berlin. They trust us because we combine deep tech with fast, practical execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and ship production-ready features in Flutter (mobile & web)
• Go from idea to implementation in 2 weeks – not 2 months
• Work hands-on in a modern, lean codebase (started ~1 year ago)
• Collaborate closely with our small team of 6
• Deliver high-quality work without endless meetings
• Communicate clearly in an async-first, remote setup

Our Tech Stack

• Flutter – your core tool (2+ years experience required)
• Native iOS (Swift) – nice to have
• Azure Cloud
• GitLab
• VS Code / IntelliJ

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree or higher
• Minimum 2 years of full-time Flutter experience in a company setting
• Pragmatic mindset – you write clean, stable code and solve real problems
• You naturally use AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance development
• Strong ownership and delivery – you finish things
• Comfortable working in a small, high-output team
• Clear communication in English (required)
