Meet Your Team: Programmatic Solutions

The Programmatic Solutions team builds adjoe’s real-time ad network. We power intelligent bidding with machine learning and maintain Android/iOS SDKs to render ads and track user behavior. Our tooling enables publishers to analyze performance and deliver great ad experiences at scale.

What You Will Do

• Build & Maintain a Feature Store: Design and optimize a scalable, efficient feature store for ML applications
• Develop Data Pipelines: Build real-time and batch pipelines that process multi-terabyte daily event data
• Enable High-Impact Features: Extract and engineer data features that drive relevance and precision in ad targeting
• Ensure Data Quality & Governance: Implement robust data validation, monitoring, and observability tools
• Bridge Engineering & Data Science: Integrate backend systems with ML workflows and enable seamless collaboration
• Work Internationally: Join an English-speaking team scaling a global adtech platform

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in software/data engineering
• Proven experience with feature stores (building from scratch is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub)
• Experience working with high-volume data (TBs/day, thousands of events/second)
• Strong programming skills in Python, Golang, Java, or similar languages
• Worked closely with data scientists on real-time ML systems
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Kubeflow
• Understanding of data quality, governance, and observability principles
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of caching, rate limiting, and concurrent system design
• Bonus: Experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes
