Executive Events Manager

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Global Company Communications Executive Event Manager to lead the execution of key company events that align with P&G’s strategic goals. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with executives and communications managers to deliver world-class internal and external experiences using cutting-edge event technology and communication platforms.

This position requires strong technical knowledge of AV tools and virtual platforms, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage large teams, deadlines, and budgets while maintaining the highest level of quality and confidentiality.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Event Management

  • Assess technical requirements for high-profile internal and external company events.
  • Develop and lead the technical delivery plan for key executive events.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and communications teams to ensure smooth event execution.

Communications Counsel

  • Build relationships and collaborate with C-Suite executives, Executive Assistants, and Comms Managers.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices for meetings and events to align with engagement goals.
  • Benchmark and share best-in-class practices internally and externally.
  • Deliver training and resources for effective event planning and execution.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create and edit high-quality visual materials across platforms, including AI-enabled tools.
  • Provide guidance on effective, on-brand visual communications.
  • Ensure visual outputs align with P&G’s corporate equity standards.

IT and Vendor Coordination

  • Collaborate with P&G IT on virtual platforms, information security, and vendor access.
  • Manage AV vendor relationships and ensure service excellence.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with executives and communications teams.
  • Strong technical expertise with AV tools and the ability to troubleshoot complex setups.
  • Proficient in O365, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content creation platforms.
  • Experienced with virtual tools such as BrandLive, RingCentral, Teams, and WebEx.
  • Ability to influence IT and represent Communications in tech-related discussions.
  • Thrives under pressure, balancing multiple events and deadlines efficiently.
  • Driven by innovation and optimization in event execution.

Compensation

Salary Range: $100,000 – $146,000 per year

Compensation depends on location, experience, skills, and other job-relevant factors. Total rewards include salary, bonuses (where applicable), and comprehensive benefits. Specific package details may be discussed during the recruitment process.
