As Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Executive Support: Act as the right hand to the CEO and senior leadership team, enabling them to focus on high-impact priorities by managing day-to-day operations seamlessly.
• Calendar & Travel Orchestration: Own and optimize complex calendars, travel itineraries, and meeting logistics across time zones—anticipating needs and minimizing friction.
• Meeting & Communication Excellence: Prepare agendas, capture clear and actionable meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-up to keep momentum on key initiatives.
• Internal & External Liaison: Serve as a trusted point of contact between the leadership team and internal stakeholders, partners, and external contacts.
• Relationship & Guest Management: Greet, host, and coordinate visits from top guests, investors, interview candidates, and strategic partners with professionalism and warmth.
• Event Planning & Execution: Organize on-site meetings, team events, and leadership offsites—from planning to flawless execution.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle highly sensitive information with integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Executive Assistant Experience: 2–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives—ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and warm demeanor; a natural host and problem-solver.
• Tech Proficiency: Strong command of Google Workspace, Slack, and modern scheduling and communication tools.
• Professionalism & Judgment: Discreet, proactive, and highly reliable—with strong judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
