We at Netlight are looking for a dynamic Feel Good & Event Manager to join our First Impression Team in Hamburg.

Your Role

As part of our Global First Impression Team, you’ll play a key role across three service areas: Event Management, Office Management, and Welcome Management. In this fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, your responsibilities will ensure seamless, inspiring experiences for both employees and guests.

This is a full-time, junior-to-mid-level position starting as soon as possible.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate internal events, workshops, and conferences
• Collaborate with others on larger events (e.g. Netlight Edge)
• Manage food orders, vendor coordination, and logistics
• Support the reception area, including welcoming guests and managing office orders
• Assist colleagues with day-to-day needs and ensure a smooth workplace experience (video)
• Contribute to Netlight’s sustainability efforts (#veggyfirst, #trainfirst, #fixfirst)

What You Bring

• You’re a people person and a humble, collaborative team player
• You have excellent communication skills and build trust easily
• Native-level German and business-fluent English (written and spoken)
• You’re detail-oriented and well-organized
• Experience in event management, office coordination, or event marketing is a plus
