As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Taktile’s strategic customer base. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior stakeholders, helping organizations transform their decision-making processes through AI-powered solutions.

This role requires guiding prospective and existing customers through complex enterprise sales cycles while building strong, long-term relationships across multiple departments and leadership levels.

About You

  • Extensive experience managing complex enterprise deal cycles lasting 9+ months, with a proven ability to drive global account expansion.
  • Strong expertise navigating large organizations and aligning senior stakeholders around measurable business outcomes and ROI.
  • Ability to translate abstract business challenges into actionable, high-impact initiatives that deliver meaningful results.
  • Commercially driven mindset with experience identifying value opportunities and delivering tailored strategic solutions.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements and procurement processes.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, including C-suite executives and Board members.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence top-level stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding client challenges and designing tailored solutions.
  • Humble, curious, and growth-oriented approach with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Collaborative attitude and experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success and internal teams.
  • Strategic and creative thinker who continuously looks for innovative ways to enhance customer engagement and experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand Taktile’s presence within enterprise customers in the Financial Services industry.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder sales opportunities from lead generation through contract close.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer business models, decision-making processes, and technology environments to uncover opportunities for innovation and impact.
  • Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and executive-level presentations showcasing Taktile’s value proposition.
  • Deliver a consultative and seamless customer buying experience rooted in professionalism and industry expertise.
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success.
  • Share customer insights and market feedback with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to help shape roadmap and go-to-market strategies.

Ideal, But Not Required

  • Experience working in a senior consulting role.
  • Experience leading or supporting AI or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience selling AI or automation solutions within regulated industries.
