We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive (f/d/m) who loves a challenge and can’t wait to turn cold leads into great opportunities.

Your Mission

  • Drive our revenue growth to meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting through closing and beyond—with a proactive, hunter mindset.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their sustainability strategies and carbon credit needs.
  • Collaborate with our Solutions team to build impactful carbon portfolios tailored to client goals.
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable, timely deals.
  • Ensure clients meet their net-zero and business goals by maximizing the value of our product.
  • Partner with Marketing to activate campaigns that generate engagement and leads.
  • Attend conferences and travel to engage clients, build brand awareness, and generate new opportunities.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in enterprise sales with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in fast-paced environments.
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets and acquiring enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, including pipeline management and account planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong presentation abilities and confidence in engaging C-level executives and legal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A valid working permit for Germany.
