About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a talented engineering team. You’ll be responsible for both people management and technical delivery, reporting directly to the Senior Engineering Manager, Demand.

What You Will Do

• Manage, lead, and grow Engineering teams (people development, engagement, hiring, etc.)
• Advocate and drive projects to develop our Tech brand
• Increase the quality and stability of our services
• Establish Tech org structure: introduce squad leads and define delivery processes
• Plan team resources in line with quarterly roadmaps
• Oversee incident management
• Own architectural design within the domain

Who You Are

• Experienced people leader of backend or cross-functional engineering teams
• Proficient in reading and understanding Ruby code (Python is a plus)
• Hands-on engineer with the ability to solve technical issues if needed
• Experienced with microservices, event-driven systems, and asynchronous communication
• Tech leader capable of driving initiatives and promoting our Tech brand
• Ambitious, ownership-driven, and passionate about the future of travel
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
