About This Role: Display Media Sales Executive

We are looking for a Display Media Sales Executive to join our Retail Media team in Berlin or London. You will be responsible for driving display media revenue (Direct & Programmatic) across EMEA by leveraging your existing network of advertising agency contacts. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and secure successful performance and branding campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new display advertising business within EMEA agencies.
  • Leverage and expand your network of media buyers and planners across key agencies.
  • Present Atolls’ value proposition and tailor proposals to agency clients.
  • Negotiate deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Track and report on sales activities and the agency sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed on display advertising trends and agency strategies.

Your Profile

  • 2–5 years of media sales experience with a strong agency network across EMEA.
  • Understanding of display advertising (both direct and programmatic) and agency buying workflows.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills tailored to agencies.
  • Track record of achieving sales goals through agency relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; other major European languages (e.g. French, German) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of both performance and branding campaigns from an agency perspective.
