The Team

We are looking for a highly communicative and visionary IT Security Manager to lead and develop Raisin’s internal security teams.

In this highly impactful role, you will serve as a trusted security partner for Business, IT, and the 2nd Line of Defense while taking ownership of coordinating technical security implementation. You will oversee internal security operations, ensure regulatory compliance (including DORA), and lead a team focused on maintaining a resilient and secure technology environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Internal Security Teams
  • Manage, mentor, and develop internal security specialists.
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality day-to-day security operations.
• Coordinate Security Across the Business
  • Act as the primary security advisor for Business, IT, and Engineering teams.
  • Define security requirements and deliver scalable, pragmatic security solutions.
• Oversee Security Operations
  • Support incident response, threat mitigation, and monitoring activities.
  • Ensure technical security controls are effectively implemented.
• Support Governance & Regulatory Compliance
  • Partner with the CISO and 2nd Line of Defense.
  • Ensure alignment with IT governance, risk frameworks, ISO standards, and DORA requirements.
• Drive Security Projects
  • Lead and contribute to strategic IT security initiatives.
  • Coordinate security-related projects across the technology landscape.
• Oversee Cloud Security
  • Guide secure implementation within AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Apply the AWS Shared Responsibility Model to maintain a compliant cloud environment.
• Manage Security Vendors
  • Oversee third-party security providers and tooling.
  • Monitor service quality, SLA compliance, cost efficiency, and ROI.

Your Profile

• Professional Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Security Manager or in a comparable leadership role.
• Broad Security Expertise
  • Experience across multiple cybersecurity domains, including:
  • IT Governance / GRC
  • ISMS
  • ISO 27001
  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)
  • NIS2
  • DORA
  • Vulnerability Management
  • SOC / SIEM
  • IAM / PAM
  • Penetration Testing
  • Network Security
  • DevSecOps
• Leadership Skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and structure technical security teams.
  • Comfortable guiding specialists while maintaining a strategic overview.
• Technical Knowledge
  • Strong practical knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of the AWS Shared Responsibility Model.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM and ITIL principles.
• Personal Attributes
  • Highly responsible, analytical, and solution-oriented.
  • Structured, reliable, and adaptable.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Languages
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Fluent German is an advantage.
