Ownership & Strategy:

• Take charge of internal and external game development efforts.
• Level up our existing game portfolio and expand across genres.
• Lead at the intersection of our integrated rewards platform and casual games.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead a team of game designers, producers, and developers.
• Oversee multiple external development teams.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing, cross-functional team.

• Elevate one of the largest casual-game portfolios to become an industry-leading publisher.

✅ Requirements

• 6+ years in mobile gaming, focused on product or production roles
• Proven experience leading teams with larger game portfolios (hypercasual and casual preferred)
• Deep understanding of mobile game KPIs & ad-revenue user behavior
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent taste & product sense — you know what “good” looks like
• Data-informed decision-maker who moves fast and learns faster
• Collaborative and thrives in lean, iterative environments

🌟 Bonus Points

• Experience with Unity and game development pipelines
• Familiarity with live ops and In-App Purchases (IAPs)

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own the internal games roadmap: Design and lead prioritization of development and game acquisition roadmap.
• Drive execution across the portfolio: Oversee scalable iteration and improvements across many titles.
• Lead the team: Manage and grow producers/designers/developers.
• Define success: Establish and track KPIs for engagement, retention, monetization, and fun.
• Champion creative rigor: Foster experimentation, learning, and feedback culture.
• Partner cross-functionally: Align with product and engineering teams for goals and delivery.
• Be hands-on: Involvement in playtesting, design notes, sprint planning when needed.
