Director of Global Marketing Operations (m/f/d)

Reporting to: International VP of Growth

As the Director of Global Marketing Operations at Clark, you’ll lead our Performance, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Technology efforts across all growth initiatives globally. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving a performance-driven culture, budgeting, measurement, and technology enablement aligned with our long-term strategic goals.

Your Main Responsibilities

1. Budgeting & Performance Management

  • Own the global growth and marketing budgeting process across paid media, organic channels, and CRM/lifecycle marketing.
  • Align investment plans and targets with Finance, Sales, and Local Market teams.
  • Lead performance monitoring and reporting—from executive updates to market-level reviews.

2. Marketing Analytics & Attribution

  • Develop a consistent attribution model and robust measurement framework to track marketing effectiveness.
  • Shift focus toward customer-level ROI and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) while overseeing channel-specific ROAS.
  • Work closely with Central Data, Product, and Tech teams to align analytics with the Martech/Adtech roadmap.

3. Martech & Adtech Enablement

  • Manage internal teams and external vendors maintaining Clark’s Martech and Adtech infrastructure.
  • Capture functional requirements from Paid Media, CRM, Lifecycle, and Creative teams.
  • Ensure all tech capabilities support our marketing performance objectives.

4. Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Analysts, Performance Experts, and Martech Specialists.
  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture focused on innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of international marketing operations or analytics leadership across multiple markets.
  • Experience managing large budgets and aligning marketing spend with business objectives.
  • Strong expertise in marketing analytics, attribution models, and vendor evaluation.
  • Track record of driving marketing performance and organizational understanding of metrics.
  • Inspiring leadership with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator in a global, cross-functional setting.
