Key Responsibilities
- Identify and define required digital capabilities and align local business needs.
- Develop a digital strategy and roadmap focused on reusability and interoperability.
- Drive alignment with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and communicate solutions with Architects; create training materials to support understanding.
- Lead Agile development teams by writing epics, user stories, and managing backlog prioritization.
- Support technical discussions with Business Partners and ensure shared understanding of requirements.
Bring to the Team
- Flexibility to quickly adapt to new content and project tasks.
- Strong conceptual thinking and solution design skills for complex problems.
- Experience in leading cross-functional and international teams with strong interpersonal skills.
- High motivation, self-management, and dynamic problem-solving attitude.
- Training in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Advanced experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
- Fluent in business English.
