Digital Marketing Manager (d/f/m/x) – Focus on Paid Social

Location: Berlin, Dresden, or hybrid (remote within Germany)

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Develop innovative, cross-channel strategies to drive both online engagement and in-store visits
• Provide strategic guidance and Paid Social consulting to internal teams and external partners
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities in social advertising
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Design teams to build compelling campaigns
• Monitor key KPIs, derive insights, and apply continuous data-driven optimization
• Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for improved campaign outcomes
• Create detailed segmentation and targeting strategies for diverse customer personas
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to clients

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a similar field
• 3+ years of experience in Paid Social, ideally in an agency or digital-first environment
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest ad platforms
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for performance tracking and campaign optimization
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger marketing picture beyond Paid Social
• Curious and enthusiastic about emerging platforms and advertising innovation
• “Done is better than perfect” mindset with a focus on efficiency and results
• Hands-on mentality for improving processes and campaign performance
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude
• Fluency in English (business level)
