Demand Generation Manager

Intro

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Demand Generation Manager to lead and optimise our full-funnel demand marketing engine.
This role will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and ensuring the health and scalability of our
marketing CRM ecosystem. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping us reach our revenue goals by continuously improving marketing
performance across key growth markets to feed the sales funnel.

This is a cross-functional role that works closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Regional Teams to convert interest into
measurable pipeline growth.

Your Mission

Lead Generation, Nurture & Growth Marketing

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive qualified traffic and convert leads across the funnel
  • Align campaign strategies with buyer personas to ensure relevance and resonance
  • Partner with content and product teams to deliver targeted materials, including webinars, case studies, guides, and vertical-focused content
  • Test, iterate, and scale nurture flows based on engagement and performance insights

CRM & Marketing Automation (Owner of Insightly Marketing)

  • Lead the architecture, maintenance, and evolution of Adsquare’s marketing CRM system
  • Develop segmentation strategies and workflows for ongoing lead nurture and scoring
  • Ensure seamless integration with sales CRM for lead qualification and handoff
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, list hygiene, GDPR compliance, and opt-in/opt-out processes
  • Create reporting dashboards for campaign performance, lead progression, and SQL generation

Database Management & Growth

  • Own the strategy and execution for growing and enriching the marketing database through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Ensure contact enrichment, deduplication, and proper tagging across all regional and campaign data
  • Collaborate with RevOps to align scoring models, contact tiering, and ICP definitions

Field & Regional Marketing

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to design and execute field marketing initiatives (e.g., events, webinars, partner activations) that align with regional revenue goals in DACH, UK, US, and other high-growth markets
  • Support localisation of campaign materials and messaging for regional effectiveness
  • Track and report on regional campaign success, including event ROI and SQL attribution

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation and/or growth marketing experience in adtech, SaaS, or martech environments
  • Demonstrated success in owning marketing automation and CRM platforms – ideally Insightly
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and GDPR-compliant data practices
  • Experience managing database growth, hygiene, and reporting infrastructure
  • Proficiency in analysing campaign performance and using insights to drive optimisation
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with project management strengths
