The Role

To drive this vision, we’re seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer (TypeScript) who has a passion for building products from the ground up and owning them end to end. You’ll be part of our core tech team, laying the foundation of our platform in a remote-friendly environment, headquartered in Berlin.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Shape architecture: Influence core product decisions and define the platform’s architecture.
• Build infrastructure: Help create a scalable tax platform that simplifies taxes for Europeans.
• Empower fintechs: Enable partners to integrate and build tax tools using our API.

Your Responsibilities

• Hands-on ownership: Design, implement, and scale the platform’s foundation from scratch.
• Architect & execute: Make crucial architectural decisions and build robust, maintainable systems.
• Feature delivery: Ship new features rapidly without compromising quality or performance.
• Culture building: Help shape a high-performing, collaborative engineering team as we grow.

Your Profile

• Frontend experience: 3+ years working with frontend technologies like Next.js and React.
• Backend experience: 5+ years using TypeScript and Nest.js/Node.js for backend development.
• Zero-to-one mindset: You’ve built and shipped a full-stack product end-to-end on your own.
• AI-enhanced development: You’re already using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
