Your Role: Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer at FINN, you’ll join our core Data Platform team as an expert, helping shape and maintain a cutting-edge data platform. Your work will empower business and analytics teams to turn data into insights and real impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Build the data platform: Architect and maintain FINN’s data warehouse and pipelines to deliver fast, scalable, and reliable analytics capabilities.
• Be a tech leader: Share engineering best practices and guide technical decisions across data teams.
• Consult internally: Partner with engineers, analysts, and leadership to support data-driven decisions.
• Scale globally: Onboard new markets and develop scalable solutions that support FINN’s global growth.

Your Profile

• 2+ years experience building scalable, production-grade data systems.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with SQL and Python for transformation, orchestration, and automation.
• 2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow/Dataproc.
• 1+ years MLOps experience including deployment and monitoring of ML pipelines.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD workflows, orchestration tools, and infrastructure-as-code for data systems.
• Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and modern formats (e.g., Parquet, Avro).
• Strong growth mindset and eagerness to improve continuously.
• Agile development experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Compensation

€63,000 – €73,000/year + VSOP

The final offer depends on experience, qualifications, performance, and other factors assessed during the interview. This range represents the current fair compensation for this role and may change in the future.
