Your Role: Customer Solutions Engineer

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how customers experience and
succeed with etaONE. Your mission:

• Sales & Demo Environments: Build compelling dashboards, automations, and demo content to showcase etaONE’s value in real-world scenarios.
• Customer Projects: Configure tailored solutions for customers, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with their needs.
• Training Content: Create sample scenarios, learning modules, and onboarding material to support our customers’ success.
• Marketing Support: Design visually engaging dashboards and visualizations for web, social media, and presentations.
• Ongoing Maintenance: Refine and expand the etaONE content library to ensure it remains up-to-date and relevant.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with digital platforms and tools (ideally in SaaS or energy management environments)
• Creativity and a strong sense for clean, modern data visualization
• Analytical skills to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions
• Bonus: Familiarity with energy management systems (e.g., ISO 50001)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Fluency in English (written & spoken); German is a plus
