As a Conversion Optimisation Manager, you will join the international Marketing team of AUTO1 Group. Our motivated and ambitious marketing professionals form a powerful unit that attracts users and converts them into customers. We operate all acquisition marketing and conversion optimization activities fully in-house, giving you the best environment for a steep learning curve.

In your role as a Conversion Optimisation Manager for Autohero.com and sister brands, you will revise and optimize the Customer Journey, bringing data-driven ideas and working closely with our product teams to implement them.

Your New Role

  • Drive optimization and growth ideas based on data to provide the best customer experience throughout the conversion path. Experience in App optimization is a plus.
  • Define new features and functionality in A/B tests in close collaboration with Customer Journey Analysts, Product Managers and the Design Team.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and optimize the user journey using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Take responsibility for projects from ideation to launch, guaranteeing an optimal user experience in collaboration with cross-functional experts.

Your Skills

  • CRO Expertise: Hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization, ideally within e-commerce or digital products.
  • Data-Driven and Analytical: Ability to analyze complex data, spot opportunities, and turn insights into actionable strategies. Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing with an effective experimentation roadmap.
  • Strategic Thinker: Focus on impact and ROI, balancing quick wins with long-term improvements tied to broader business goals.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Meticulous in setting up experiments, QAing tests, documenting results, and managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Team player who communicates effectively across product, design, development, and marketing teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English. Knowledge of another European language (German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
