🧨 The Role

This isn’t an executive assistant job.

This is a force multiplier, operator, fixer, and strategist — all in one.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, accelerating everything from product decisions to team alignment to external relationships.
You’ll anticipate problems, remove blockers, and ensure Qdrant stays sharp, fast, and unstoppable.

🔥 What You’ll Own

Strategic Alignment

• Translate big-picture vision into actionable, measurable plans.
• Run OKRs, planning cycles, and cross-team execution.
• Keep teams aligned, accountable, and moving at full speed.

CEO Leverage

• Enable the CEO to focus on the highest-leverage work.
• Prepare context, frame decisions, and guide high-stakes conversations.
• Represent the CEO clearly and confidently when needed.

High-Impact Projects

• Own mission-critical initiatives that don’t fit neatly into any department.
• Drive cross-functional research and strategic product, engineering, or GTM projects.
• Build processes that remove friction and increase velocity.

Operational Firepower

• Fix fragile systems and build new ones from scratch.
• Improve hiring funnels, onboarding, communication rhythms, and transparency.
• Track key metrics and turn insights into action.

External Presence

• Create world-class materials: investor decks, board updates, strategic briefs.
• Help manage partner, ecosystem, and external stakeholder relationships.

⚙️ Who You Are

• A high-agency operator who moves without waiting for instructions.
• A strategic thinker who can turn chaos into clarity.
• A clean, sharp communicator — especially in writing.
• A builder with strong bias for action and rapid iteration.
• Comfortable around technical topics: AI, databases, vector search, devtools.
• 4–8+ years experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or startup leadership.
