Role Overview
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic partner to a C-level executive, helping translate strategy into execution across the organization.
The Chief of Staff is responsible for managing, planning, and communicating global initiatives and projects, while optimizing the effectiveness of teams and processes. This role requires daily collaboration with C-level stakeholders and managing a diverse range of strategic topics and initiatives.
With a broad scope of responsibility, you will oversee projects, strategic initiatives, communications, and cross-functional coordination. The position requires strong organizational context and the ability to handle critical and confidential information.
This role has high strategic impact within the organization, influencing leadership-level decision-making and helping shape the direction of the company.
Strategic Impact
Beyond project delivery, the Chief of Staff plays a key role in driving key events and leadership communications, including:
- All-employee meetings
- Leadership off-sites
- Quarterly OKR reviews
You will ensure that the company’s strategy and mission remain central in all communications and events. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and remove blockers for teams
- Ensure teams are meeting targets and staying on track for key initiatives
- Lead the planning and facilitation of leadership meetings such as board meetings, OKR reviews, and annual off-sites
- Continuously improve how teams collaborate and execute work
- Support budget and financial planning by working closely with FP&A on forecasting and capital allocation
- Coordinate resources to launch special initiatives and strategic projects
- Project manage the execution and follow-through of key initiatives
- Organize important team events that strengthen culture, connections, and strategic alignment
- Serve as an effective storyteller through internal and external communications
You’ll Be Great for This Position If
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-performance environments such as high-growth technology startups
- Background in product management, strategy, or engineering
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to move quickly from strategy to execution
- Comfortable working both at a strategic level and in operational details
- Highly empathetic with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Capable of acting as a thought partner to executives and contributing to strategic vision
- Excellent communication skills across multiple formats
- Ability to simplify complex topics for global and diverse audiences
- Strong business acumen and passion for product impact
- Experience managing cross-functional projects from ideation to execution
