What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a channel sales role with a strong track record of driving partner success
  • Hunter mentality with a focus on reseller acquisition
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for Partner programs, distribution models, and enablement initiatives
  • Passion for coaching and empowering partner sellers using multiple channels and tools
  • Solid understanding of UCaaS, full cloud business telephony, and Contact Center technologies
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage confidently with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate sales data and market trends into actionable growth strategies
  • Fluency in German is essential; English proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Preferably located in West- or Mid-Germany
