🧠 Your Role – Blockchain Developer (Solidity & Rust)
We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with expertise in Solidity and Rust to join our engineering team. You will develop and optimize smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and DeFi components powering the Caiz ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on EVM-compatible blockchains
- Build and maintain Rust-based blockchain modules (e.g. Substrate or Solana)
- Contribute to custom blockchain protocol and token standard design
- Write secure, gas-optimized, and well-tested smart contracts
- Integrate blockchain components with frontend and backend systems
- Conduct code reviews and perform security audits
- Analyze and optimize performance, security, and scalability of the Caiz blockchain
- Stay current on blockchain advancements (EIPs, cryptography, Layer 2, etc.)
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in blockchain development using Solidity and Rust
- Strong understanding of smart contract design, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with Ethereum or similar EVM-compatible chains
- Proficiency in Rust (for Substrate, Solana, or similar platforms)
- Familiar with tools such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Truffle
- Experience with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721) and DeFi protocols
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
- Strong analytical and clean coding skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience contributing to Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain projects
- Familiarity with ZK proofs, rollups, or cross-chain bridge technologies
- Understanding of Islamic finance or Sharia-compliant principles
- Background in agile or fast-paced startup environments
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s or equivalent experience preferred)
Language: Fluent in English
