Your Role

As a Business Intelligence Manager in the Growth department with a focus on Pricing,
you are responsible for the commercial logic behind our pricing strategy.

You will build models that balance inventory velocity with margin targets,
moving FINN toward a Net Yield optimisation framework.
You will report into the Revenue Operations organisation with a direct line to Elisa Ritter.

Why FINN?

  • This role is based in Munich with the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup from anywhere within Germany.
  • Massive growth potential in a highly motivating startup environment.
  • Competitive fixed salary and virtual equity participation.
  • Annual personal development budget of €1,500 and an attractive company pension scheme.
  • Access to discounted gym memberships and attractive mobility options
(e.g. discounts on FINN cars via JobAuto or JobRad).

Your Responsibilities

  • Align the Pricing Engine Project: Develop and maintain analytical models for dynamic pricing,
incorporating real-time competitor data and marketing costs.
  • Impact business performance: Build actionable, data-driven measures including demand forecasts
that account for seasonality and inventory scarcity signals.
  • Segmentation & Elasticity: Build data models to measure price sensitivity across B2B and B2C
to reduce manual discounting and margin leakage.
  • Sparring partner to management: Enable data-driven decision-making, identify blind spots,
and increase confidence in strategic choices.
  • Drive data transparency: Share key results across the organisation, create buy-in through transparency,
and ensure stakeholders have access to decision-critical data.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Highly proficient in SQL and BI tools (e.g. Looker).
  • Experience moving logic from Google Sheets to scalable, automated environments
    (e.g. Python, Retool).
  • Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margins) and SaaS growth KPIs.
  • Curious mindset, high ownership, and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
  • High resilience and strong drive to consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
