- In your new role you are responsible for the sales regions of Asia and Africa for the protection and automation products, systems and solution portfolio, and you will be primary the interface for protection and automation topics between regions and HQ
- You will perform business target agreements with the regions, develop measures & actions to reach the target, and monitor the target / KPI achievement
- Additionally, you will be responsible for increasing the market transparency and market share, identifying the market development, the business opportunities and their implementation
- To develop new go-to-market concepts and digital transformation together with regions will be also part of your tasks
- You consolidate market requirements & customer feedback to PLM, SCM & Service for further portfolio development as well as the process improvement
Furthermore, you will coordinate and occasionally conduct the customer visits and the factory acceptance tests
What you need to make real what matters.
- The base is your successfully completed a master’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable education
- You possess strong technical knowledge of electrical power such as protection and automation products, systems and solutions, as well as power distribution systems
- In addition you have several years of professional sales experience in the asian market for electrification and automation
- You are characterized by your commercial knowledge on the topics of planning, sales controlling and business models
- Strong communication, analytical, teamwork, resilience, and social skills are part of your profile
- You are willing to travel to the sales regions and moderate intercultural workshops due to your strong communication skills
- Therefore you are business fluent in English. German language or any Asian language skills are an advantage
