Team: AI Enablement

The AI Enablement team drives the adoption of AI across Raisin’s products and internal systems by
providing shared foundations, reusable solutions, and best practices.

• Enable scalable and reliable AI integration
• Support engineering teams with guidance and tools
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Deliver measurable value through AI-driven solutions

Your Role: AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will combine hands-on engineering with strategic enablement to shape how AI
is applied across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Enable AI Adoption

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify AI use cases
• Guide integration of AI into systems and workflows
• Promote reusable and consistent AI solutions

Build Shared Capabilities

• Develop shared components, integrations, and services
• Define patterns for integrating LLM capabilities
• Simplify access to AI tools across teams
• Manage AI costs and usage across shared services

Guide Technical Decisions

• Evaluate tools and platforms for scalability and security
• Advise teams on appropriate AI solutions
• Establish consistent and pragmatic AI practices

Ensure Responsible AI Usage

• Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of AI systems
• Implement safeguards such as access controls and monitoring
• Collaborate with Security and Legal teams
• Ensure reliability and compliance with internal standards

Your Profile

Background

• 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong generalist mindset across technical domains
• Experience with production systems and cross-team collaboration
• Comfort working in evolving environments

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or JVM languages
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Strong understanding of APIs and distributed systems

AI Experience

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., LLM APIs)
• Knowledge of prompt design, context engineering, and retrieval-based systems
• Ability to assess when AI adds value
