The Opportunity

As an AI Agent Engineer, you’ll help build the core AI agent platform that powers intelligent manufacturing applications.

You’ll design and develop agent workflows, tools, skills, sub-agents, and the MCP infrastructure that connects them. Working directly with our founders and customers, you’ll own agentic systems end-to-end and help shape the future of industrial AI.

What You’ll Do

AI Agent Development

• Build and maintain AI agents, tools, skills, and sub-agent architectures.
• Design intelligent workflows that enable agents to reason and act across manufacturing environments.

Platform Engineering

• Develop MCP infrastructure to connect and orchestrate agent systems.
• Design scalable solutions for context management and long-term memory.

Secure Execution

• Create secure, sandboxed execution environments for AI agents.
• Ensure systems meet high standards for safety, reliability, and performance.

Observability & Evaluation

• Implement monitoring, tracing, evaluation, and observability for agent behaviour.
• Continuously improve the quality and reliability of AI systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building AI agents or a strong desire to develop expertise in this area.
• Knowledge of agent workflows, tools, skills, and multi-agent systems.
• Interest in MCP infrastructure, context management, and memory at scale.
• Experience building secure, sandboxed execution environments.
• Strong focus on evaluation, observability, safety, and system reliability.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MCP servers and clients.
• Knowledge of tool design and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with containers, code execution, and sandboxing.
• Familiarity with agent evaluation, tracing, observability tools (such as Langfuse), and guardrails.
• Knowledge of retrieval systems, memory architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Experience working with LLM APIs, open-source language models, or model gateways such as LiteLLM or OpenRouter.
