Mobile Ad Monetization Manager

Join our team and take ownership of ad monetization across JustPlay and Gimica Games, generating nine-figure annual revenue. This is not a support role. After onboarding, you’ll have real ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to leverage AI-driven solutions to move faster and smarter than traditional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own the ad monetization strategy and revenue performance across our mobile games portfolio.
• Manage bidding and waterfall configurations in MAX Mediation, continuously testing and optimizing performance.
• Experiment, iterate, and implement monetization strategies quickly and independently.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with ad partners.
• Resolve technical issues, including SDK updates, reporting discrepancies, and creative quality concerns.
• Build, automate, and maintain ad performance reporting for key metrics such as:
  • eCPM
  • ARPDAU
  • IMPDAU
• Utilize AI tools, automation, scripts, and innovative workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to maximize monetization opportunities.
• Proactively introduce new ideas, including:
  • New ad formats
  • Mediation strategies
  • AI-powered workflows and automation solutions

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in mobile ad monetization (or less if you are an exceptionally fast learner).
• Strong understanding of:
  • Mobile gaming economics
  • Ad monetization strategies
  • Waterfall optimization
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing performance and identifying opportunities.
• A strong preference for automation and process optimization over repetitive manual work.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
• Ability to work independently with clear goals and ownership.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
