Meet Your Team: Supply Growth

At adjoe, we turn app publishers’ potential into proven revenue. Our Publisher Accounts team blends technical expertise with strategic insight to optimize monetization and user experience. We balance engagement and revenue generation—boosting visibility, maintaining seamless UX, and helping publishers achieve higher ARPDAU, stronger retention, and overall better monetization performance.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners to drive mutual revenue growth and long-term success.
  • Build and nurture strong partner relationships via Slack, email, and video calls.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and present performance reports, insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Identify upselling and optimization opportunities to boost partner engagement and revenue potential.
  • Translate partner feedback and market trends into actionable product and strategy recommendations.
  • Take ownership of portfolio performance, proactively driving initiatives to exceed growth and retention targets.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of industry metrics (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR) and how to leverage them for performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and present them in QBRs.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides, for data analysis and presentations.
  • Highly results-driven, motivated by measurable outcomes and maximizing revenue.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and requires strong agility.
  • Takes full ownership of work, proactively identifying opportunities and driving impact.
