Role Overview

As an Account Director, you will play a key role in driving growth within Coupa’s existing
customer base. You will focus on expanding accounts, maintaining executive relationships, and
delivering tailored strategies that align with customer needs.

  • Drive account expansion and revenue growth
  • Build strong executive-level relationships
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value

Your Impact

  • Own account growth within existing customers
  • Maintain executive sponsorship and stakeholder engagement
  • Identify and close cross-sell opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Value Managers (CVMs) and internal teams
  • Strengthen Coupa’s position as a trusted partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers, CVMs, and internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to position Coupa as a leading platform
  • Create account penetration models to reach key stakeholders
  • Craft value-driven messaging tailored to executive decision-makers
  • Partner with teams such as Value Solutions Consultants and Customer Support

What You Bring

  • Strong SaaS sales experience with a track record of account growth
  • Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to identify client challenges and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Creative thinking to introduce innovative solutions
  • Domain knowledge in Spend Management (preferred)
