About ai-coustics
Voice is becoming the primary interface for technology. For the first time in history, we can use natural language to control and interact with our devices, services, and applications. We are only at the beginning of the adoption of Voice AI and Physical AI across industries.
However, current voice interactions still lack a fundamental human skill: a nuanced understanding of audio scenes and environments. Navigating complex auditory scenes, distinguishing between multiple voices, and focusing on a main speaker are all part of the challenge of teaching machines to hear like human beings.
At ai-coustics, we are building the audio intelligence layer and developer tooling to enable more robust and intelligent voice agents and Physical AI applications. Today, Voice AI companies such as PolyAI, LiveKit, Telnyx, AssemblyAI, and Telli use our SDK to prepare their agents for real-world acoustic challenges. Our models power thousands of agents worldwide and process millions of hours of audio every month.
We are backed by leading early-stage investors, including Connect Ventures, Partech, and Inovia Capital, as well as angel investors from Hugging Face, DeepMind, and Amazon with deep expertise in AI and developer infrastructure.
These partners share our vision and are helping us build a world-class team operating with high levels of responsibility and velocity. We look for people who take ownership, think systemically, and want to solve challenging real-world problems in close collaboration with our customers.
About the Role
We have a small but mighty marketing team that produces excellent content and campaigns, including product launches, videos, case studies, and a brand that punches above our size. What we need now is someone who can ensure these reach the right people at the right time and build a growth engine around them.
That’s where you come in. You’ll drive the growth side of marketing at ai-coustics: the measurement that tells us what’s working, the new channel experiments that help us expand our reach, and the funnel that converts signups into active and happy developers.
You’ll also act as the bridge to sales, identifying the accounts worth pursuing and turning our content into the materials that help close them.
Responsibilities
- Funnel & Conversion: Manage the journey from content to signup to activated user, including CTA strategies by channel, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
- Lifecycle & Email: Build and manage our email program, covering onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and product launch communications.
- Organic Discovery: Run SEO and GEO as continuous programs, including strategies to improve our visibility within LLMs.
- Experimentation: Establish a steady cadence of experiments across pages, messaging, and channels, including our first paid campaigns. Form hypotheses, launch experiments, evaluate results, and scale what works.
- Account-Based Marketing: Work with our sales and partnerships teams to identify and reach target accounts. Build and act on intent signals from our website and product, develop sales enablement materials, and create personalized campaigns that capture the attention of potential customers.
- Measurement & Attribution: Own the analytics layer and reporting across PostHog and HubSpot. Manage the events, funnels, and dashboards that show where developers and accounts come from and where they drop off.
- AI-Native Operations: Build AI agents and automations into your own workflows, covering everything from research and reporting to campaign operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, performance, or product marketing, where you have personally owned a channel or funnel and can demonstrate the impact of your work.
- Genuine confidence working with data. You can set up event tracking, build funnels in product analytics tools, analyze CRM data, and identify when metrics don’t tell the whole story.
- Hands-on experience with relevant tools, including product analytics platforms (we use PostHog), CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), and the CMS and email tools around them.
- Daily use of AI as an operational tool rather than just an experiment. You build workflows with AI and understand where it adds value and where it creates noise.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to independently create email sequences, landing pages, and sales one-pagers. You don’t need to be a content specialist, but you know what great content looks like.
- Experience working alongside sales in a B2B environment and an understanding that marketing is about generating pipeline, not just traffic. You would rather review customer call notes than guess what buyers care about.
- Comfort working with engineers to get things shipped, whether implementing tracking, changing signup flows, or fixing the website. You can write clear tickets and confidently explain why something matters.
- A fast-learning mindset and high level of initiative. You’re joining a function without an established playbook, and your instinct is to find answers and take action rather than wait for instructions.
- Comfort marketing to developers, or strong motivation to learn how. Our audience consists of engineers building voice products, and they are particularly good at ignoring traditional marketing.
- Fluency in English, our working language.
