The Role

We continue to grow our Sales team in Munich and are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support the rapid expansion of the Ideals VDR business unit across the Corporate segment in Germany.

Backed by a top-tier product, supportive leadership, and a proven global go-to-market playbook, you will focus on driving new customer adoption in the DACH region, targeting key decision-makers in Corporate Development, Legal, M&A, Strategy, and the C-Suite, where secure, high-stakes deal-making and collaboration are critical.

What You Will Do

• Execute B2B account mapping, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach across targeted Corporate accounts in Germany, logging all activities in the CRM.
• Conduct detailed account research and prospect profiling before initial contact.
• Qualify potential leads and schedule product demos for the Key Account / Account Executive team.
• Proactively communicate, build rapport, and drive ongoing engagement with strategic prospects.
• Gather key insights and prospect feedback to guide potential buyers through the qualification framework.
• Assist with local corporate and M&A event coordination and share relevant industry content with key contacts.

What You Bring

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven success in achieving sales metrics.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques, with a proficiency in building fast rapport.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• Strong business communication skills in English (C1+ level), both verbal and written.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry.
• Experience communicating with the C-Suite.
• Experience in the SaaS industry.
