The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to join our US/UK Squad.

You’ll build and maintain the integrations that connect voize with healthcare and senior care software platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between our products and our partners’ systems.

Your work will directly improve healthcare workflows by reducing administrative burden and giving caregivers more time to focus on patient care.

What You’ll Do

Build Integrations

• Develop interfaces that seamlessly connect voize with healthcare and medical software platforms.
• Create reliable integrations that support hospitals and senior care providers.

API Development

• Design and build scalable APIs that support future growth.
• Help define integration standards while collaborating closely with customers and technology partners.

Own the Full Development Lifecycle

• Take end-to-end ownership from initial concept through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Deliver robust, maintainable backend services.

System Architecture

• Design scalable data models and sustainable architectures for complex integration platforms.

Create Real-World Impact

• Develop technology that saves healthcare professionals valuable time.
• Improve clinical documentation and support better patient care.

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong experience building and maintaining API integrations.
• Excellent knowledge of Kotlin and Coroutines.
• Experience designing and developing REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Business-level English (C1) with the ability to communicate confidently with customers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the UK or the US.
