(Junior) Product Manager – Growth Platform

The Team

The Growth Platform Team is part of Raisin’s B2C Experience Tribe and builds the infrastructure that powers the company’s growth initiatives.

The team develops the tools, backend services, and integrations that enable rapid experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and measurable business growth. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams, you’ll help create scalable solutions that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Raisin’s experimentation and A/B testing platform.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to implement tracking and generate meaningful behavioural insights.
• Drive growth initiatives such as referral programs, customer bonuses, and retention campaigns.
• Integrate marketing technologies, including affiliate tracking solutions, into the product and data ecosystem.
• Partner with Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality growth platform capabilities.
• Lead backlog refinement and product discovery sessions with engineering teams.
• Contribute to quarterly planning (OKRs) and define measurable success metrics for your product domain.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2C or growth-focused environment.
• Experience working with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams.
• Experience using AI tools to support research, product specifications, data analysis, and experiment design.
• Solid understanding of tracking, analytics, attribution, and customer behaviour measurement.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively on backend services and APIs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Proactive, organized, and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
