The Legal Operations & Innovation (LOI) department drives the digital transformation of Legal Services by embedding technology, data, and standardised ways of working to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across our global legal teams. A key focus is the introduction and sustainable adoption of AI-powered solutions that enhance day-to-day legal operations.

We are looking for a Senior Expert – Legal AI Adoption & Enablement (m/f/d) to help shape the future of AI within our global legal organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global AI adoption framework and enablement strategy across Legal Services.
• Design and deliver innovative communication and engagement initiatives, including use case campaigns, live demonstrations, and leadership storytelling.
• Create and continuously enhance a global capability-building framework for AI, including structured learning journeys.
• Build, develop, and manage a global network of AI champions.
• Drive behavioural change and embed AI into everyday legal workflows, routines, and team practices.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement and long-term adoption.

Skills & Experience

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in transformation, change management, legal operations, or digital adoption within an international environment.
• Experience implementing digital solutions and using data and usage metrics to guide transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience designing communication, engagement, and change management strategies for international stakeholders.
• Ideally, knowledge of legal workflows and experience with AI tools, document management systems, or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
• Fluent English language skills.
