About the Role

As part of our Sales team, you will identify and engage prospective clients, build strong relationships, and demonstrate how Wellhub helps organisations improve employee wellbeing. You will play a key role in driving business growth while promoting our mission of creating healthier workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team by qualifying opportunities and sharing valuable customer insights.
  • Manage customer expectations and confidently address questions and objections throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Educate prospective customers on the value of Wellhub and the importance of workplace wellbeing.
  • Become a trusted expert on target industries across multiple sectors and international markets.
  • Build relationships and expand your professional network by attending industry events.
  • Promote a culture of wellbeing by prioritising your own health while supporting the wellbeing of your colleagues.

Skills & Experience

  • A collaborative team player who enjoys achieving both individual and shared goals.
  • Experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organisation.
  • Open to coaching while bringing fresh ideas and initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to use data to develop sales strategies.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a scale-up environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
  • An interest in sports, fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing is a plus.
