Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Manager

You will support leading technology businesses including adjoe, justDice, Sunday, and justtrack, ensuring they continue to scale and maintain their position as market leaders.
This is not a coordination role. We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional who understands modern technology, technical talent markets, and the motivations of engineers, product leaders, and technology specialists.

Your Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to Managing Directors, Engineering Leaders, Product Leaders, and Founders.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring strategies and organizational planning.
- Partner with internal Talent Intelligence teams to leverage market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Align hiring requirements with business objectives to ensure every hire contributes to company growth and performance.
- Bridge the gap between technical roadmaps and talent acquisition strategies.
Talent Engagement & Executive Search
- Identify and engage highly skilled technical talent across global markets.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Build relationships with senior engineers, architects, product professionals, and technology leaders.
- Create personalized outreach approaches that effectively communicate the company’s vision and opportunities.
- Support international hiring initiatives, including relocation and onboarding processes.
AI & Recruitment Innovation
- Utilize AI-powered sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
- Experiment with emerging technologies and innovative recruitment workflows.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal AI-driven talent acquisition processes.
- Help ensure the Talent Acquisition function remains at the forefront of industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of recruiting experience within SaaS, software, or technology-focused organizations.
- At least 2+ years of experience recruiting for senior, high-impact technical positions.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring and software engineering talent markets.
- A technical background is highly desirable, including:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical role.
- Research-oriented mindset with a proactive and persistent approach to sourcing talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working in a high-performance environment where success is measured by impact and results.
- Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, feedback, and improvement.
- Professional-level written and spoken English.
