About the Role

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our business by identifying potential clients, developing account plans, and creating qualified opportunities for our commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through both outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities and contribute to a healthy commercial pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain account plans for assigned territories and target accounts.
  • Schedule meetings and introduce prospective clients to the Business Development team.
  • Conduct market research and account analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development and Commercial teams to support territory growth and sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • 2+ years of experience in:
    • Sales
    • Business Development
    • Customer Service
    • Or a related commercial role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident and professional approach to prospecting and client engagement.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Scientific, healthcare, or life sciences background is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
