Mid-Market Sales Manager (DACH)

Join our growing Mid-Market Sales team and play a key role in driving revenue growth across the DACH region. In this role, you will own and develop your sales pipeline, identify and secure high-value merchants, and contribute directly to the company’s commercial success.

Reporting to the Mid-Market Sales Team Leader, you will manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets while advancing your professional development in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closure.
  • Expand the customer base across the DACH region by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Utilize a variety of sales techniques and consultative selling approaches to engage prospective clients.

Own the Full Sales Cycle

  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to contract signature.
  • Qualify leads and identify client needs.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Create and present compelling commercial proposals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the sales process.

Represent the Company at Industry Events

  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Generate new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Present company solutions and value propositions to potential customers.

Manage and Maintain Sales Pipeline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce.
  • Track opportunities, contracts, and sales activities.
  • Monitor pipeline health and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Integrations, and Account Development teams.
  • Support a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Ensure successful client integration and launch following contract signing.

Market Research & Intelligence

  • Research target brands, affiliate programs, and market positioning.
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies based on market insights.

Performance Excellence

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Execute strategic sales plans with a results-driven mindset.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management and client engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial sales roles focused on new business acquisition.
  • Background in one or more of the following industries:
    • SaaS
    • Digital Marketing
    • Affiliate Marketing
    • B2B Marketplaces
    • Related technology or commercial sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Native or near-native German language proficiency.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Self-motivated and commercially driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
