About the Role
Distribusion is seeking a (Senior) Technical Partnerships Manager to join our Corporate Travel Partnerships team. In this role, you will drive the strategic growth, technical success, and performance of key partnerships within the business travel sector.
This is a highly cross-functional position that combines technical consulting, partner management, project delivery, and product collaboration, offering a dynamic and impactful career opportunity.
What You Will Do
- Support Pre-Sales Activities: Act as a technical expert during partner discovery and evaluation phases, helping assess requirements and demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Consult on API Implementations: Guide partners through API integrations, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and successful certification.
- Translate Technical Requirements: Gather and document technical requirements from external partners and convert them into actionable specifications for internal teams.
- Manage Custom Development Projects: Lead end-to-end delivery of custom solutions, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, implementation, and go-live activities.
- Influence Product Development: Utilize partner feedback and market insights to contribute to the evolution of Distribusion’s API products and integration tools.
- Manage Technical Partnerships: Own long-term technical relationships with partners to increase collaboration, engagement, and retention.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a technology-driven company.
- Experience in software, technology, travel, transportation, logistics, or related industries is advantageous but not required.
- Strong exposure to API integrations, including the ability to navigate technical documentation, system architecture, and agile development cycles.
- Experience in the corporate travel industry is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environments.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for business when required.
