As an experienced Senior Agile Coach at the applike group, you will help our organizations operate efficiently by fostering strong collaboration within and between teams. You will support multiple digital ventures in achieving their goals.

The Senior Agile Coach will guide and mentor teams in adopting Agile and Lean methodologies, applying a non-dogmatic, flexible, and adaptive approach to find the best solution for each challenge.

What You Will Do

• Train and coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
• Translate Agile concepts into practical ways of working
• Improve communication and collaboration across teams
• Support leadership in designing scalable and outcome-focused operating models
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos)
• Improve project management through processes, Kanban boards, and removing blockers
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation
• Encourage adoption of new AI use cases
• Align team goals with organizational objectives
• Adapt solutions flexibly without being dogmatic

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
• Experience in international, English-speaking tech environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
• Pragmatic, impact-driven mindset
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong empathy and people focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Agile/Scrum/Lean certifications are a plus
