About the Team

You will join our B2C DACH Team, responsible for managing our core markets
in Germany and Austria.

  • Work closely with the Country Head DACH.
  • Collaborate across Product, Technology, and Marketing teams.
  • Help deliver exceptional platform experiences and sustainable growth.
  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer trust.

Your Responsibilities

As a Business & Growth Manager, you will help transform platform management
into a proactive growth engine while ensuring operational excellence.

  • Drive Platform Initiatives:
    Own and execute strategic growth initiatives that contribute to the 12-month growth strategy
    for Germany and Austria.
  • Proactive Campaign Ideation:
    Research market trends and competitor activities to develop, justify, and launch
    6–8 customer-facing campaigns and marketing initiatives annually.
  • End-to-End Campaign Management:
    Manage campaigns from concept development and audience segmentation through to
    execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Customer & Product Advocacy:
    Identify customer experience bottlenecks and collaborate with Product and Tech teams
    to propose new features and improvements.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Manage relationships with key data partners and oversee operational activities,
    including partner bank Terms & Conditions updates with a high degree of accuracy.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience:
    3–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Business Development, Strategy Consulting,
    or a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Financial Curiosity:
    Strong interest in financial markets, interest rates, and personal finance products.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Mindset:
    Ability to analyse complex business challenges, interpret user behaviour,
    and convert data insights into actionable growth recommendations.
  • Clear Communication:
    Experience translating technical and commercial concepts into structured proposals
    and recommendations.
  • Self-Direction:
    Proactive, organized, and comfortable navigating cross-functional environments
    to drive projects forward independently.
  • Languages:
    Business fluency in both German and English.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience within FinTech or the broader financial services industry.
  • Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or agentic workflows
    to automate processes, accelerate research, or improve operational efficiency.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for independent data exploration.
  • Experience supporting localized marketing or growth strategies in Austria.
