The Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join one of our newest
product initiatives. This role is critical to scaling our business, with a strong focus
on innovation, automation, and expanding our platform capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Extend Product Functionality
  • Identify and deliver new capabilities that unlock growth opportunities.
  • Drive product enhancements that improve customer and partner experiences.
• Automate & Innovate
  • Enhance and automate existing inventory management processes.
  • Support the continuous evolution of our API products used by major global partners.
• Partner Onboarding
  • Own the scoping, planning, and execution of onboarding new transportation partners.
  • Ensure smooth integration and successful launch of new partnerships.
• Process Improvement
  • Contribute to operational excellence through improvements in tools and workflows.
  • Optimize processes related to Jira, reporting, and product delivery.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership and C-level executives.

Work Environment

• Location: Berlin, Germany or Remote
• Work Model: Remote-first with hybrid options available
• Relocation Support: Available for candidates relocating to Berlin

Your Profile

Required Qualifications

• Product Management Experience
  • 1–4+ years of professional experience in Product Management.
  • Experience managing technical products and product roadmaps.
• Technical Product Expertise
  • Hands-on experience working with API products and/or data products.
  • Strong understanding of technical product development and integrations.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and C-level executives.
• Ownership & Adaptability
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and context switching.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Experience working closely with engineering, business, and operational teams.
  • Strong product, project, and process management capabilities.
• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Language Skills
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with PICO API, OSDM, or other European rail carrier systems.
• Experience managing complex technical products.
• Previous leadership or team management experience.
• Knowledge of transportation industry standards and ecosystems.
