The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner to join our
Large Customer Sales Team. In this role, you will build and deepen
relationships with leading brands and agencies while helping them achieve their business
objectives through Reddit’s advertising solutions.

Location: Berlin or Hamburg, Germany

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth

    • Manage and expand relationships with existing advertising partners.
    • Develop strategies to achieve year-over-year revenue growth.
    • Create and execute joint business plans with key clients.
  • Build Strategic Client Relationships

    • Establish and nurture relationships with agencies and direct advertisers.
    • Educate new clients about Reddit’s advertising platform and capabilities.
    • Identify and engage new buyers of Reddit advertising solutions.
  • Consultative Sales & Account Growth

    • Provide strategic recommendations that align client objectives with Reddit solutions.
    • Develop and execute long-term account growth strategies.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to expand and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Client Strategy & Insights

    • Leverage internal and external data sources to develop client strategies.
    • Create compelling proposals and presentations based on performance insights.
    • Translate campaign results into actionable recommendations.
  • Client Leadership & Communication

    • Lead client meetings from agenda creation through final presentation delivery.
    • Set expectations, define outcomes, and communicate clear next steps.
    • Serve as the primary contact for major platform updates, opportunities, and product releases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner closely with Account Management and Ad Operations teams.
    • Collaborate across departments to achieve client and business goals.
    • Coordinate account strategies across shared clients and stakeholders.
  • Product & Industry Leadership

    • Provide client feedback and campaign insights to influence Reddit’s advertising product roadmap.
    • Represent Reddit at industry events and act as a brand ambassador.
    • Mentor and train team members by sharing industry, client, and product expertise.
  • Internal Leadership

    • Take ownership of special projects and strategic initiatives.
    • Actively contribute to team discussions and organizational improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Industry Experience

    • 8–12 years of experience in digital media.
    • 3–7 years of experience in sales-focused roles.
  • Enterprise Account Management

    • Experience managing partnerships with complex enterprise organizations.
    • Proven success building relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Advertising Expertise

    • Deep knowledge of digital advertising products, measurement solutions, and media strategies.
    • Strong understanding of the social media and native advertising landscape.
  • Industry Network

    • Established relationships within agencies and direct advertiser organizations.
    • Ability to leverage existing networks to drive new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Sales Skills

    • Experience developing and executing long-term account growth plans.
    • Demonstrated success consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership & Communication

    • Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
