The Opportunity
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing Data Team.
In this role, you will go beyond traditional analytics by developing predictive models and
intelligent data-driven solutions that support both business and technical decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities,
build advanced machine learning and statistical models, and evaluate their real-world impact.
Your work will directly contribute to optimizing EV charging infrastructure, improving operational efficiency,
and supporting the transition to a more sustainable future.
Your Responsibilities

Requirements Engineering & Ideation
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable data science initiatives.

Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain machine learning and statistical models.
- Create predictive solutions tailored to both technical and business use cases.
- Train, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance.

Analytics Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain scalable analytics and data processing pipelines.
- Ensure reliable data flows that support advanced analytics and predictive capabilities.
