SoundCloud empowers artists and fans to connect and share through music.
Founded in 2007, SoundCloud is an artist-first platform that helps creators build and grow their careers through innovative tools, services, and resources.
With more than 400 million tracks from over 40 million artists, SoundCloud continues to shape the future of music and digital creativity worldwide.
The Global IT Team at SoundCloud is responsible for enabling productivity, collaboration, compliance, and security across the organization.
The team supports employees globally by providing technical assistance and maintaining reliable IT systems and workflows.
We are currently looking for an IT Working Student based in our Berlin office to provide hands-on and remote IT support to employees across the company.
As an IT Working Student, you will handle incoming technical support requests, analyze issues, and collaborate with the IT team to deliver effective solutions.
You are motivated by problem-solving and committed to ensuring that every issue is fully resolved and every stakeholder is satisfied with the outcome.
This role is ideal for someone studying a computer science-related field who enjoys working with people, learning continuously, and taking ownership of technical challenges.
At SoundCloud, diversity and open expression are fundamental values.
We are committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone’s voice, perspective, and experience are respected and heard.
We acknowledge the challenges faced within the music industry and actively work to create opportunities for historically marginalized communities represented by our creators, fans, and employees.
SoundCloud welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, migration background, national origin, age, disability status, or caregiver status.
Employees can participate in Diversity Resource Groups (DRGs) — employee-led communities that support and promote underrepresented groups while fostering allyship and inclusion throughout the company.
Anyone can join a DRG, whether they identify with the represented community or want to actively support and advocate as an ally.
