Your Role

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap, setting clear priorities and delivering measurable business value.
• Lead the complete product development lifecycle, including:
  • Product ideation
  • Requirements gathering
  • UX and feature design
  • Feature prioritization
  • Agile sprint management
  • Successful feature launches and adoption
• Use data analysis, A/B testing, and measurable business outcomes to inform strategic product decisions.
• Identify and execute high-impact quick wins while balancing long-term product vision and sustainable growth.
• Continuously evaluate product analytics, user feedback, and business performance data to drive product improvements.
• Communicate proactively and transparently with stakeholders while managing expectations and surfacing blockers early.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and urgency in a fast-moving environment.

Your Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management within B2C environments working with agile teams.
• Proven track record of independently delivering successful products or projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data insights into actionable product strategies.
• Experience interpreting and leveraging A/B testing results for optimization and decision-making.
• Strong ability to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize initiatives for maximum business value.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, delivery speed, and product outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous business environments.
• High level of ownership, adaptability, self-sufficiency, and results-oriented execution.
