(Senior) Product Manager, Agentic AI IDEs (Developer Tools)-Tech Foundations

About the Role

Delivery Hero is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Agentic AI Developer Tools team within Tech Foundations.

In this role, you will help shape the future of software development at scale by enabling engineers across Delivery Hero’s global ecosystem to build faster, smarter, and more efficiently using AI-powered development tools.

As part of the Agentic Engineering focus area, the team is driving toward an ambitious goal:

• 100% daily AI usage by engineers by 2026

You will act as the bridge between cutting-edge AI capabilities and the day-to-day workflows of a global engineering organization, transforming the concept of an “Agentic IDE” into a widely adopted product that significantly increases engineering velocity.

What You Will Do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Agentic IDEs and CLIs, transitioning engineers from AI-assisted coding to AI-guided feature generation
• Drive user research and developer empathy by conducting interviews and surveys across global brands such as eFood, Glovo, and Talabat to uncover pain points and automation opportunities
• Define and track success metrics focused on real business impact, including:
  • PR velocity
  • Time-to-market
  • Human-to-AI code ratio
• Shape the contextual integration strategy by identifying high-value internal data sources such as:
  • APIs
  • Engineering Manifestos
  • Slack
  • Google Drive
• Lead internal go-to-market initiatives including:
  • Upskilling programs
  • Documentation
  • Feedback loops
  • Adoption campaigns
• Collaborate with engineering and tech leadership to ensure the AI developer stack meets security, scalability, and reliability standards

What You Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this role, you should combine product strategy expertise, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder influence to drive adoption and behavioral change across a global engineering organization.

• Experience in Product Management, ideally within:
  • Developer Tools
  • Internal Platforms
  • B2B SaaS environments
• Strong data-informed decision-making skills with experience using Northstar metrics to prioritize product roadmaps
• Solid understanding of modern developer workflows, including:
  • Git
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • IDE environments
• Foundational understanding of AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic workflows
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to both engineers and executive stakeholders
• Strong collaborative problem-solving abilities across diverse global teams and regional brands
