Your Mission

As a (Senior) Product Engineer, you will join the Virtual Assembly Line Team, building workflow intelligence solutions that scale Growth and Operations globally with maximum efficiency and quality.

This is a highly collaborative builder role positioned at the intersection of:

• Engineering
• Product
• AI-powered workflows

You will take end-to-end ownership of features and workflows while using AI as a force multiplier throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own feature development end-to-end from problem definition to production deployment and long-term maintenance
• Build AI-powered product experiences using:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • AI agents
  • Tool-use patterns
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define not only what gets built, but why it matters
• Contribute to architecture and API design decisions across teams
• Prototype rapidly and iterate quickly based on real user feedback
• Challenge assumptions and propose better solutions when necessary
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, PMs, and designers to deliver impactful solutions

Your Profile

• Strong fullstack development skills with:
  • TypeScript
  • React / Next.js
  • Node.js / NestJS
• Hands-on experience building with:
  • LLMs
  • APIs
  • MCPs
• Strong product and customer mindset with focus on solving real user problems
• Proven ability to own features from idea to production
• Experience collaborating in:
  • Cross-functional teams
  • Product-driven environments
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Residency in Germany
